"Funky" Chairs, such as the Egg Chair pictured at the right, were popular additions to homes of the seventies. The seventies was a time when people wanted to experiment with colors, shapes, and styles, and home decor reflected such characteristics of the decade.

Much like the new, modernized furniture that was found in the seventies, colorful wall paper designs (such as the wall paper shown on the right) filled elaborately decorated homes.
